I called Jay on Sun afternoon in the middle of the snow storm with a broken pipe and filter issue. Jay came right out to the house and took care of the problem. He did a quick winterize of my filter and prevent further damage. Thank you Jay. Very much appreciated.

I cannot go on more about how great Brakefield's Pool Service has been to us. We were previously with a very large name pool service company in Denton that consistently under performed and left my pool looking like nobody had even attempted to clean it (dirt all over the bottom of the pool, baskets not emptied, never brushed the tile/sides - they'd only brush the bottom of the pool enough to stir up the dirt and then let it settle back to the bottom of the pool within an hour or so after they left, and not once cleaned the attached in ground hot tub). What a breath of fresh air to hire Jay! Not only did he diagnose, and fix, a pool leak that was causing me to have to fill my pool for (at minimum) an hour's worth of water every 4-5 days, I have never, EVER, looked at my pool after one of their cleanings and found a single issue. I cannot tell you how many hours of my life were spent every week trying to get the service I was paying a significantly higher price for with the other company, and with Brakefield's I actually feel relief and shake my head at all of the stress and time wasted being anywhere else. Brakefield's has always done what it takes to clean my pool, whether that's brushing, skimming, vacuuming, whatever it takes, and I am not just a happy customer, I am a thankful one.

When our previous pool company stopped communicating with us, we decided to take care of our pool on our own. However, our pool was green and had several other equipment issues that we did not know how to fix, even after going online to pool websites and watching YouTube videos. I looked at different pool service companies online and chose Brakefield's because of all the positive reviews. Now it's my turn to add another positive review! We needed someone knowledgeable to tell us how to get our pool in working order again. Our pool had several issues, but my main concern was getting it to be blue again! Jay came out free of charge and told us step-by-step exactly what we needed to do to take care it. He even agreed to come out while we were on vacation to check our pool for a minimal charge and also came when our salt system wasn't working properly to help us know what repairs were needed.
