Jay Brakefield
Owner
Jay began his career in the pool industry in 2007 before joining the US Navy. While serving, he honed his skills working on electrical systems. Jay, his wife, and his two children are Dentonites through and through and truly love the area they call home. If he’s not fixing pools, Jay can often be found out and about on the square, coaching Little League baseball, or checking in on his honey bee hives.
Paul Ice
Licensed Irrigator / Pool Technician
Paul brings a lifetime of outdoor experience to the BPS team. He understands the value of home and family, and works diligently to keep our clients' pools in shape so they can enjoy and build lasting memories. Paul is also a licensed irrigator and brings a higher level of expertise to the entire outdoor experience.
Ryan Hunt
Pool Technician / Construction Project Supervisor
Ryan lives in Denton with his wife, son, and their two dogs. Ryan loves college sports, particularly football, so feel free to share all your hot sports opinions when you see him! He also enjoys long road trips with the family and spending time working on projects at home. Ryan’s passion is taking care of your home like his own.
RJ Jimenez
Pool Technician
This face may look familiar since Denton is RJ’s home! This Guyer High School alum is an avid soccer player and enjoys spending time outdoors. In his time with BPS, RJ has picked up quickly on all tasks set before him. In his free time, RJ loves playing with his dog and driving his mustang like Tokyo Drift! (Don’t worry - our company trucks don’t have enough power for him to get the urge to act like a cast member of The Fast and The Furious!)
Lorelai Turner
Pool Technician
Lorelai is our very own local hometown sweetheart from Little Elm. Don’t let her size fool you, she’s a hard worker and as tough as mighty mouse so feel free to challenge her if you catch her at a local gym! Lorelai has a passion for the outdoors and staying active! Lorelai is always on the go - you won’t see this girl slacking!
